1. The service
SiteToLead provides a CRM workspace plus optional bolt-on packages (SEO audits, lead generation, AI-assisted admin) and provisioned communication channels (email, WhatsApp, phone).
2. Plans and billing
Free, Starter and custom Director-configured plans are billed per the pricing shown in your workspace’s Packages page. Additional seats and bolt-ons are billed as add-ons. Cancelling a package stops future charges but does not retroactively refund the current period.
3. Fair use
AI-assisted features are subject to the monthly call limit shown in your workspace; limits reset monthly and may be overridden per-workspace at SiteToLead’s discretion.
4. Account responsibility
Workspace owners are responsible for the conduct of seats they invite, and for keeping any integration credentials (SMTP, API keys) they configure accurate and authorized for use.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. SiteToLead may suspend a workspace for non-payment, abuse, or violation of these terms.
