1. Data we collect
Account details (name, email, business profile), workspace content you create (leads, contacts, companies, notes, communications), and usage data (AI call counts, login times) needed to operate the service.
2. How we use it
To provide the CRM, bill for bolt-on packages and seats, meter AI usage against your plan’s limits, and — where you’ve connected them — send email/WhatsApp/voice communications on your behalf through the channels you configure.
3. Storage and security
Data is stored in a dedicated per-workspace boundary enforced at the database layer (row-level security). Integration credentials (SMTP/IMAP passwords, API keys) are encrypted at rest and never displayed in full once saved.
4. Your rights
You may request export or deletion of your workspace’s data at any time by contacting your account owner or SiteToLead directly. Cancelling all subscriptions does not delete data automatically.
